We have added some extra features to our original Cough Silencer to create the Silencer Ultra Mag. The enhanced mouthpiece allows you to cough with magnum force without worrying about air escaping around the mouthpiece. The new belt clip enables the Ultra Mag to be attached to the lapel and positioned close to mouth for hands free operation. O.D. Green helps in camouflage concealment.
